Shipping Time
In most of the US, orders typically arrive in 9 business days*.
SPECIAL COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE!
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, the unpredictability of how some state and local governments are reacting and the extent to which various businesses may be affected by the virus, including suppliers, warehouses and shippers, fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed up to 35 days or more in extreme cases. We notify all customers at the time of ordering if the order is likely to be delayed. However, it is not possible for us to know which orders will be delayed in every case. We are working hard to mitigate these delays as much as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Thank you for understanding.

PowerSports Vehicles
Shipping rates are based off weight of item and location of delivery.
Each vehicle shipping range is an estimate based on the vehicle's weight. We will call you if there are any additional shipping charges to your specific location.
Returns - Customer pays all shipping fees.
Any items canceled or returned after shipment has been sent will be subject to a $200 restocking fee as well as a $75 handling fee.
Residential Delivery
$29.99 will be added when shipping PowerSports vehicles to a residential address. To avoid this charge, you may opt to pickup your order from the local shipping terminal or ship to a commercial address. (Dependent on Carrier)
Access Charge
An Access Charge may apply for delivery to certain locations due to special circumstances related to, but not limited to, metro deliveries, rural deliveries, interline deliveries or other areas with Limited Access per the delivery company.
Fuel Surcharge
Due to increasing fuel costs, delivery companies now regularly charge a fuel surcharge in addition to the normal delivery charge. We work hard to mitigate this charge by negotiating lower fees for our customers deliveries. However, because fuel prices can fluctuate unpredictably, this surcharge, and the delivery destinations it applies to may change without notice.
When applicable, this fee will appear in the totals column of your shopping cart only after you calculate shipping charges for your order by entering a destination state and zip code.
These charges, and any others that may be applicable, are levied by the delivery company and are in addition to any shipping costs.
Sales Tax
When applicable, this fee will appear in the totals column of your shopping cart only after you calculate shipping charges for your order by entering a destination state and zip code.
Your Information
To ensure quick delivery, we require your address and two (2) contact phone numbers (trucking company needs this; cell, home or work). Please see our privacy policy for how we handle your personal information.
Helmets, Apparel, Accessory and Parts Shipping Charges
Helmets
- Returns - $19.98 restocking fee - customer pays shipping costs to return the helmet.
- Exchanges - If wrong helmet is ordered by customer and an exchange is made for a different helmet, customer pays shipping back and additionally pays $16.99 for handling and shipping fees for the second helmet.
Boots
- Returns - $29.99 restocking fee - customer pays shipping costs to return the boots.
- Exchanges - If wrong boot is ordered by customer and an exchange is made for a different size or color customer pays shipping back and additionally pays $16.99 for handling and shipping fees for the replacement.
Apparel
- Returns - $8 restocking fee - customer pays shipping costs to return the items. Once item is received at our facility we will process the refund to the account you paid with.
If wrong item is sent due to error on our end we will pay shipping fees for exchange. Once exchange has been initiated we will send you a return shipping label for your items. When all items for exchange are received at our facility we will send the replacement(s) item(s) out to you using the fastest shipping available to us.
- Exchanges - Customer will pay for shipping. If you need to exchange due to sizing issues please notify us we will exchange your items for correct sizing
We will send a return label once exchange has been started and send out a replacement item once we receive the wrong item back.
